Notice about the disruptions in our posting: (8 Jan 10) In case
some of you are wondering where we've been the past two days - Mon and
Tue, 4-5 Jan - when we weren't posting (as we had
promised to do before going on a year-end break), the reason is that we
were experiencing electronic interference with our PC.
Due to it, we could not surf the Web as we would like to; hence, our decision not to post. Those of you who have been our regular visitors at www.geocities.com/llstaromana (before GeoCities closed down) may recall that similar incidents have disrupted our posting in the past. As we pointed out in a notice last year (27 July 09), "your visits have apparently made some of our competitors covet our site, since it is able to draw a prized audience of opinion leaders like you." We remain of the belief that such is the motivation in this recent disruption. (To be clear, we are not referring to the Internet in general, since the interference is happening on the ground here at our homebase.) So this is a cautionary note to all of you in the event something similar occurs in the days ahead. Forewarned is forearmed. Leonardo L. Sta.
